MSc in Psychology & Holistic Practitioner
I hold an MSc in Psychology (accredited by The British Psychological Society) with expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methods and breathwork. My work integrates psychology with the physiological and spiritual aspects of life through a holistic lens.My understanding is that we are more similar than dissimilar—often adopting limiting patterns which a cultivation of deep awareness allows us to break free from. My intention is to provide key tools for self-discovery and ACT therapy, creating a path to a more harmonious state.Guided by the principle "as within, so without," we work together to align your inner world with the life you lead. Whether through breathwork sessions or holistic therapy online, we focus on your unique journey toward lasting change.

The Process
Typically, 10 to 20 weekly sessions (50 min) provide a solid foundation for lasting change. Our work is an active collaboration, where the entire therapeutic approach is bespoke and carefully tailored to your unique life situation.
