I hold an MSc in Psychology (accredited by The British Psychological Society) with expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methods. My work integrates an understanding of the mind with the physiological and spiritual aspects of life—anchoring modern cognitive approaches alongside the proven weight of traditional breathwork.We are more similar than we are different, often carrying maladaptive conditioning that deep awareness can unravel.
