Hanié Valadí

My therapeutic approach integrates professional expertise in psychology and physiology with practical experience in spirituality, fostering a holistic connection between mind, body, and spirit that supports authenticity and deep, lasting healing.

With an MSc in Psychology (accredited by The British Psychological Society), I specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy methods Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), stress management, and coaching.

​

Evidence-based mindfulness practices are woven into the therapeutic approach to cultivate present-moment awareness, strengthen resilience, and enhance
mental flexibility, helping clients respond to life’s challenges with greater ease
and clarity.

Sessions are offered in English, Swedish, and Persian, welcoming clients
from diverse backgrounds.
